8. Terms of Sale – Rate Conditions

Cancellation or modification by the customer:

1. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.221-18.
2. The sales conditions specify the terms of cancellation and/or modification.
3. Prepaid bookings cannot be modified or canceled. Prepayments are non-refundable.
4. When permitted:
   • Cancellations can be made via the website or mobile services under “View or cancel your booking”
   • Modifications must be made directly with the hotel (contact details provided in the confirmation email)
5. In case of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
6. Unless otherwise stated, rooms must be vacated before 12:00 PM on the departure day. Otherwise, an extra night will be charged.
7. Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.
